Level II: Holographic Coaching Practicum

Our Level II Training, the Holographic Coaching Practicum, is a 14-week class offered to Level I graduates. The class meets for 2 hours weekly via Zoom in a live, dynamic and highly participatory environment.

This course deepens students' coaching core skills as well as their expertise in using Holographic Growth Process and our 12 dimensions model in coaching.

The curriculum is both didactic and experiential in an atmosphere of discovery. Each class will include real-time practice segments in which the students will have the opportunity to practice coaching with another student and receive live feedback from the instructor. The setting is one of emotional safety and genuine positive regard.

Students will have a minimum of three live coaching sessions in class with instructor feedback, and one mentor session with our Mentor Coach. Students also complete one buddy coaching session between classes.
