Your breath is your most reliable tool for promoting focus, balance, and personal wellbeing. In four live, experiential classes you’ll learn practical Mindful Breathing methods to calm your nervous system, build self-regulation skills, and enhance your mental and emotional wellbeing, all with the support of modern science.
We’ll explore how Mindful Breathing supports all 12 Life Functions in our whole-person Wellness Energy System—so you can integrate short, effective practices into meals, movement, work, and relationships, as well as experience being more present. Build a lifelong relationship with your breath—your personal reset button for optimal wellbeing—as a key to your daily self-care.
We take hundreds of millions of breaths in a lifetime—yet they tend to all go unnoticed. Intentional, self-regulated breathing is a powerful tool for restoring balance, improving our emotional state, our mental focus, and strengthening mind–body connection. Mindful Breathing supports the nervous system, helps down-shift from fight–flight–freeze, and enhances overall wellbeing and performance.
