Refunds
For individuals - we want you to be successful on your Wellness journey. Our typical refund policy lasts 90 days. That said, if our program is not having satisfactory results or meeting our customers' expectations, then you, the customer can request, in writing or via email, a full refund for your 6, 12, or Lifetime subscriptions.
For Certification or Licensing - Refunds for either of these programs must be requested within 30 days of service initiating. In the case of Certification training, this means within 30 days of the first scheduled class in the current session. In the case of Licensing, this means within 30 days of being given access to the Administrative Dashboard for a respective practice or other organization. Requests for refunds that fall within the permitted time period, must be submitted in writing or via email.
If your refund is denied we will notify you. If you refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days or less.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
In the event you wish to exchange or make edits to your program, please contact us at hello@healthy.net, and we will make a good faith effort to honor your request. If we cannot honor your request, we will notify you.
