Level I provides a rich curriculum with experiential whole person learning, innovative coaching instruction, live coaching sessions with instructor feedback, integrative self-care practices, and in-depth class discussion.
Each week we focus on a key coaching skill, explore one of the 12 life functions, and introduce models of behavior change, including our Holographic Growth Process.

Our Level II Training, the Holographic Coaching Practicum, completes our full Wellness Coach Certification program, providing the designation of Certified Wellness Inventory Coach.

We are an NBHWC-approved Health and Wellness Coach Training & Education Program. As a Certified Wellness Inventory Coach, you are eligible to sit for the exam to become a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Here is a statement from the NBHWC:

Full refunds are available up to 2 weeks prior to the Level I course. If students drop between 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course and before Class 2, they will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. There are no refunds after the second class of the Level I training.
