Level I provides a rich curriculum with experiential whole person learning, innovative coaching instruction, live coaching sessions with instructor feedback, integrative self-care practices, and in-depth class discussion. 

Each  week we focus on a key coaching skill, explore one of the 12 life functions, and introduce models of behavior change, including our Holographic Growth Process.

Our whole person, 12 dimensions wellness model can be likened to a “Human Operating System” of 12 primary, interdependent life functions. Each plays an integrative, synergistic role in maximizing the potential for our overall personal health, performance and wellbeing.
Students learn to utilize our whole person model, our Holographic Growth Process, and Wellness Inventory program to support effective and dynamic coaching.

You will learn to help clients cultivate a wellness mindset, strengthen their sense of self-efficacy in creating change, develop self-compassion, and improve their level of personal wellbeing. 

Weekly Peer Coaching Sessions
Students engage in weekly reciprocal peer coaching sessions between classes, acting in  the roles of  both coach and client, an invaluable learning experience.

Coaching Skills Labs
Live in-class coaching sessions with instructor feedback. 

Portfolio Projects
Short written assignments to help integrate what you have learned in Level I.

Complete our Full Program: Level I & II Training
Completing our Level I and Level II Training gives you the designation of Certified Wellness Inventory Coach. You are then eligible to register to sit for the exam to become a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). See more below.

Complete our Full Certification Training

Our Level II Training, the Holographic Coaching Practicum, completes our full Wellness Coach Certification program, providing the designation of Certified Wellness Inventory Coach.

National Certification

We are an NBHWC-approved Health and Wellness Coach Training & Education Program. As a Certified Wellness Inventory Coach, you are eligible to sit for the exam to become a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Here is a statement from the NBHWC:

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available up to 2 weeks prior to the Level I course. If students drop between 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course and before Class 2, they will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. There are no refunds after the second class of the Level I training.
