Join us for our new course, Make a Friend of Your Breath. Class starts January 30.
Make a Friend of Your Breath is a rich, experiential journey into developing a deeper awareness of, and relationship with, your breath for optimal personal wellbeing.
The most foundational of the 3 Energy Inputs, breathing is also our most powerful tool for internal self-management. Developing a deep relationship with our breath is key to our overall self-care strategy.
Over four weeks you will be sequentially introduced to fundamental breath awareness skills and breathing practices paired with one of the 12 dimensions. The result is a deeper, more coherent experience and understanding of breath as a form of primary self-care.
The course will help you deepen your skills in using your breath to better self-regulate, increase resiliency, and to enhance all dimensions on the wheel. And most of all, the course will support you in making a better friend of your breath, your lifelong companion.
